Review: Lounge Act Jam - Lifelong Quarantine

Lounge Act Jam is an abstract documentation of a Formosan (Taiwanese) artist’s continual and gradual decline. Lifelong Quarantine is comprised of 4 incredible tracks where they use genres, such as Alternative. The album opens with the composition called Nights which, in my opinion, is a great choice for the album opener. Starting with the synths and soft beat, personally for me it sounds relaxing. Here we can hear 'underwater' effect on vocals which make this track very interesting. The composition is followed by song titled Sitting Back, Waiting For Nothing - it starts with drums and develops in fully arranged track. The 3rd track on the record, I Don't Know, impressed me with its relaxing vibes and became one of my favorites from the album: it starts with acoustic guitar and, personally for me, is perfect for listening in the evening. The album is closed by emotional track I Still Make Tea For Two, where we can dive deep into meaningful lyrics and enjoy beautiful vocals. To sum up, everything in Lifelong Quarantine comes together in a stream of consciousness style. This is unforgettable journey into the Alternative music.
